Bevel gears
Bevel gears are a type of gear used in gearboxes as the first reduction level, and also in differentials in any kind of vehicle.
Our company is very experienced in bevel gear manufacturing as it has invested in cutting and lapping machines since 1976.
We have the ability to manufacture bevel gears with straight or helical toothing in small and large dimensions of D15mm to D900mm. Also, bevel gears with off-center transmission can be manufactured, and with a transmission angle smaller or greater than 90 degrees.
Each pair of angular motion gears is a special case and we keep records of the calculations so that they can be used in the future service of the same client.
